On June 8, 2018 at 9:18 p.m., the Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a missing person.

Twenty-four-year old Douglas ARDIS of Grey Highlands was last seen on June 6, 2018 just after 9pm at the Dundalk LCBO.

Description:

· 5’8″, 195 pounds

· Short, light brown hair that is pulled back on top

· Hazel eyes, wears prescription glasses

· Last seen wearing a dark Blue baseball cap, Brown Blundstone work boots, blue jeans. May have a dark Tough Duck jacket with him

He drives a Silver, Super cab, Ford F150 pick-up truck with licence #AW25234.

Officers would like to locate him to verify his well-being.

A $10,000 reward is being offered by his family who say its completely out of character for him to disappear.

The family is also looking for volunteers who are willing to search the community of Dundalk for Ardis.

A post on the “Bring DJ Ardis Home” Facebook page indicates that daily searches will begin every morning at 9 a.m.

The location for volunteers to meet for the search has been changed to the Dundalk Community Centre and Arena at 550 Main Street East.
